You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page or by e-mail with your order number. We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions. Parcels returned without a prior request cannot be processed.

Conditions

The product must be returned complete (band and charging cable), in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. It is covered by aube if the product is defective, damaged on arrival or does not match your order. In that case, send us a photo of the problem with your request.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 business days to the payment method used for the order. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Exchange

If your band is defective, we can also offer a replacement instead of a refund.
