Does it really wake me up?
It vibrates against your wrist: you feel it, no need to hear it. The vibration is gentle, so wear it snug. If you're a very heavy sleeper, keep your usual alarm as a backup for the first few nights. You have 30 days to try it: if it doesn't work for you, we refund you.
Will it wake the person next to me?
No. There's no ringing: only your wrist vibrates. Everyone else keeps sleeping.
Do I need a phone or an app?
No. You set the time right on the band. No app to download.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on how you use it: the more alarms you set, the more often you charge it. It charges over USB with the included cable.
Can it get wet?
Sweat and a few drops, yes. Shower, bath and pool, no: take it off first.
Which size should I choose?
The band comes in 224 and 244 mm. Wear it snug on your wrist to feel the vibration well.
What's the Duo pack?
Two bands for CHF 69 instead of CHF 78: one for you, one for your partner. Each sets their own time.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. On top of the 30 days to change your mind, you get the 2-year legal warranty of conformity: if the band doesn't work as it should, write to us and we'll replace it or refund you.
When will I get it? Is shipping paid?
In 7 to 12 business days, with a tracking number. Shipping is free to Switzerland and France.
What if I'm not happy?
You have 30 days after delivery to get a refund. Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Send back the complete band (with the cable) in good condition. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the product is broken or wrong. We refund you within 5 business days of receipt.
